ADSL1 (Added Value) Plan Inclusions

ADSL1 (No Frills) Plans For "Light" Users
With each Exetel ADSL1 (Added Value) plan you also get the following additional facilities:

All ADSL1 Plans have an initial contract period of 6 months. If for whatever reason, the service is canceled before the end of six months then a $100.00 early termination charge is incurred. + All times refer to local State or territory time including any current move from 'standard' to 'daylight saving' times. * The user specifies the day they wish to transfer their ADSL service; it must be a working day and it must be at least 4 working days after the day the application is made and no more than 10 working days after the application is made. Please bear in mind that the requested churn day is not always met so please allow for that in selecting your churn/transfer date particularly in relation to any contractual conditions you may have with your current provider if the churn/transfer date slips. ** Please be aware that the upload and download speeds on all 8192/384 plans are not guaranteed in any way by Exetel. Telstra's statement on speeds likely to be obtained on these plans is "About 70% of customers on the 8000 kbps service can access speeds around 6000 kbps or more." No modem is included in the ADSL Line Churn Transfer Charge (users can use the modem they already have) All uploads are not charged. All plans include 1 static IP. All prices include GST. |
