Exetel’s Agent Programs (15/4/08)
Exetel has, since June 2004, appointed agents who receive an ongoing commission to sell and, where necessary, support the installation of all of its products and services throughout Australia.
Exetel pays commissions to agents based on the ex GST monthly recurrent revenue. The commissions are on a sliding scale (between 7.5% and 35%) based on service type and the revenue billed each month by Exetel. Agents have access to facilities where they can see what customers are ‘live’, pending and cancelled. Commissions are paid within a few days of the end of each month directly in to the agent’s bank account.

Exetel will work with you to ensure that you can provide plans to your end users that are both competitive in the marketplace and provide you with an acceptable profit margin. Exetel Franchise
Exetel is also interested in helping regional businesses expand their operations as part of the Exetel communications business by more significantly aligning with Exetel via an Exetel ‘franchise’. Under the franchising arrangements the regional Australian company would use a version of the Exetel web site as its main business interface and Exetel would provide all of the code and back end systems that would allow the business to offer the whole suite of Exetel’s communications services and have access to all of Exetel’s provisioning, diagnostic and fault fixing tools.
