Long Distance Telephone Services Provided By Exetel Pty Ltd

When you choose to pre-select Exetel as your long distance provider Exetel will bill you for:

By submitting the Exetel telephone application form you are agreeing that Exetel may request Telstra Limited to bill all calls of these types originating on the number(s) you enter on the application form directly to Exetel Pty Ltd who will then bill those calls to you.

Ordering Conditions

You can fill out the voice services application form on line but you must then print it out, sign it and then either fax it to Exetel Pty Ltd on:

When you print the application form (having filled in all of the required details) you should print a second copy for your records.

Exetel Pty Ltd will send you an acknowledgement of receiving your application by email on the day your form is received.

It takes between 3 and 7 working days for your telephonenumbers to be entered in to our system and you will receive a second email from us when that process has been completed.

If you have elected to use our telephone services for long distance calls and calls to mobiles via "pre-selection" you do not need to do anything else; all of your long distance calls and calls to mobiles will be billed to you by Exetel Pty Ltd from the date of that email.

If you have elected to use our telephone services for long distance and calls to mobiles and local calls you will need to program your PABX with the 'over-ride' code that will be included in the email we send you. No calls will be billed to you by Exetel Pty Ltd until you successfully complete the programming of your PABX.
