Complete PABX/Voice/VoIP/Data/Hosting Solutions

Exetel runs its own business using state of the art data and voice communications systems. Exetel can provide all or some of these services to a business customer and implement the services progressively over an agreed timeframe that will deliver very significant cost savings while maintaining a totally redundant communications system with no installation disruption.

High Speed SHDSL Connections

Exetel can provide a range of high speed internet connections via the Optus and Powertel independent networks. These services are provided with guaranteed up times and service level agreements and are available anywhere that either Optus or Powertel have DSLAM equipment installed in Telstra exchanges. Exetel has a dedicated group of highly qualified engineers who will work with you at every step of the installation process to ensure your service is quickly and efficiently activated and then maintained at the SLA uptime.

VPN Services

Exetel can provide a secure, managed VPN between a customer’s different offices using SHDSL tail circuits of 512/512, 1,000/1,000, 1,500/1,500 or 2,000/2,000. The VPN can be provided with or without Internet access and it’s supplied as a ‘turnkey’ solution with Exetel providing the access lines and the NTU routers and all design and configuration. VPN services come with SLAs and perform at very high availability levels.

ADSL Plans Tailored For Business Users

A business user can, of course, select any of the ADSL residential plans for use in business scenarios by using the separate business application form. Additionally there are a selection of ADSL plans that have been specifically designed for business use only. While these plans are based on the Telstra DSLAM network (and therefore do not come with a guaranteed up time or SLA) they meet the needs of many business users.

Web Site And Email Hosting Services

Exetel has a Class A data centre fully equipped to host a full range of business services under optimum conditions with major bandwidth gateways to Telstra, Optus, Verizon and AJC supported via over a gigabyte of end user access bandwidth.

Wire Line Telephony Services

Exetel can provide very low cost local, STD, IDD and call to mobile rates either from any business grade PABX. Calls are switched within Australia and internationally via Verizon, Optus and SPT and the call quality is equivalent to the best available from any commercial carrier in Australia.

VoIP Telephony Services

Exetel uses VoIP telephony in every aspect of its daily operations and can provide the highest possible quality VoIP service to other business organizations. The quality of the Exetel VoIP service is as near toll quality as can be achieved and Exetel can also provide a full range of VoIP hardware including the supply, installation and maintenance of a computer based virtual PABX.

Mobile Telephone Services

Exetel can provide very low cost per minute plans for business users via the Vodafone network. Exetel offers the lowest cost per minute plans as well as the lowest cost “capped” plans available from any provider in Australia.
