Currently Exetel only offers wireless broadband services in most parts of the Sydney metropolitan area. Before further investigating the applicability of Exetel's wireless broadband services to your organization please use this utility to check if the service is available to your location(s):
Even if the above utility shows that you can get coverage the only way to be certain is to buy a modem and check the signal strength in the exact location in your office(s) you wish to get internet access. If you buy a modem and the associated wireless broadband service from Exetel and when you take delivery of the modem it turns out that you can't get a suitable signal you can return the modem within seven days (at your cost) and once the modem is received by Exetel a full refund of the modem cost and the activation charge will be credited to your credit card. No refund will be given if the modem is returned after that period. If the modem is not returned in its original packaging in 'as new' condition a charge of $20.00 will be made.
ONCE YOU ACTIVATE THE MODEM YOU HAVE AGREED THAT YOU HAVE COMMENCED YOUR SIX MONTH CONTRACT AND NO REFUND OF THE SERVICE ACTIVATION CHARGE WILL BE GIVEN. PLEASE DO NOT ACTIVATE THE MODEM UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN OF THE SIGNAL
IF YOU PLAN TO USE THE MODEM IN MORE THAN ONE LOCATION DO NOT ACTIVATE THE MODEM UNTIL YOU HAVE TESTED THE SIGNAL IN ALL THE PLACES YOU PLAN TO USE THE WIRELESS SERVICE
