Shipping

  • Freight charge is $25 per order.
  • We do not ship to Po Box Address, entering a PO Box Address will cause delays with your order.
  • Items will be shipped via Australian Air Express to a nominated delivery address by the customer.
  • Please note that we cannot ship items to a PO Box as we require to obtain a signature of the recipient.
  • Once the item(s) are dispatched, Exetel will notify with a consignment which you can use to track the status of your shipment.
  • While we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the shipping process.
  • If you have not received the item(s) within 4 clear business days after submitting your order please call us on (02) 8030 1000 or email hardwaresupport@exetel.com.au.

Returns and exchange policy

  • In the event of that an item is faulty, you must contact Exetel within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
  • We are happy to give you a refund if you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased under the following conditions.
    1. The item(s) must be purchased from Exetel.
    2. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    3. The item(s) must be clearly marked with a given RA (Return Authority) number.
    4. The item(s) must be returned in original conditions and undamaged including the packaging.
    5. The item(s) must be returned to Exetel at the expense of the customer via a Registered Post or a courier hence a POD (proof of delivery) can be obtained.
  • For all NetComm products, your purchase is covered under the standard manufacturer's warranty as Exetel acts as a procurement agent for NetComm. Please contact NetComm directly if you require a warranty replacement.
  • For all non-NetComm products, please email hardwaresupport@exetel.com.au and we will issue a RA (Return Authority) number and advise you how to return the item(s).
  • Please note that shipping turnaround for any returns will be approximately 7-14 working days.
