Exetel Business VOIP Once Only Installation Charges

Option 1: $5,000 includes the supply and installation of the Cisco UC520 VoIP gateway and 8 basic handsets as well as an 8-user license.

Option 2: $500 includes the supply and installation of a Cisco Linksys SPA 8000 - 8 port VoIP gateway linked to your existing PABX. This connects to your office LAN and provides 8 PSTN ports to your current PABX. A Cisco Linksys SPA 8800 – 8 port VoIP gateway (4 FXO and 4 FXS ports) can be supplied and installed for $800.00.

IP telephone handsets can be supplied from a cost as low as $200.00 per handset.

Basic Requirements For An Exetel Business VoIP Solution

To use Exetel's VoIP services you must also:

1) Use an Exetel supplied telephone handset that plugs in to any computer connected to your office LAN.

2) Use an Exetel supplied and installed SHDSL/Ethernet connection between your office and Exetel’s VoIP switching centre.

You will continue to pay your current telephone provider for your telephone line rental, your directory listings and all calls made using a provider other than Exetel.

The basis of the Exetel VoIP solution is that it provides very low call charges using your current PABX/Key Station and handsets and leaves the current telephone lines and telephone numbers in place to receive incoming calls (on your current telephone numbers) and to make outgoing calls in the event that the VoIP service is unavailable at any time.

Exetel VOIP Installation and Support

It takes approximately 4 weeks from the date you order an Exetel Business VoIP service to activate the service. This time is required to install the high speed DSL connection and work with your designated person to plan and execute a zero down time implementation schedule.

You, the customer, will take ownership of the VoIP gateway and any handsets once installation is complete. The service is not contracted and as such there will be no ongoing support commitments, nor SLA’s on the VoIP service. If you require assistance at any stage, this will be charged at $200.00 per hour.
