Business VOIP Service Pricing (23/4/08)

Basic Requirements For An Exetel Business VoIP Solution

To use Exetel's VoIP services you must also:

1) Use an Exetel supplied and installed Netcomm VoIP Controller (supplied at no charge for the term of use by the customer)

2) Use an Exetel supplied and installed SHDSL/Ethernet connection between your office and Exetel’s VoIP switching centre

3) Have a PABX/Key Station capable of connecting to the Netcomm Controller

You will continue to pay your current telephone provider for your telephone line rental, your directory listings and all calls made using a provider other than Exetel.

The basis of the Exetel VoIP solution is that it provides very low call charges using your current PABX/Key Station and handsets and leaves the current telephone lines and telephone numbers in place to receive incoming calls (on your current telephone numbers) and to make outgoing calls in the event that the VoIP service is unavailable at any time.

Exetel Business VOIP Once Only Installation Charges

For the Exetel Business VoIP service to work effectively a customer needs to install a Netcomm VoIP controller that’s linked from the current PABX/Key Station via either one Ethernet port or one or more ISDN ports.

Linking via an Ethernet port provides as many outbound lines as the customer has telephone handsets.

Linking via, spare, ISDN ports on the PABX/Key Station requires one ISDN port per outbound line.

The activation fee of $500 includes the supply and installation of the Netcomm VoIP router and a Cisco IP router for the SHDSL connection on a twenty four month contract.

Business VoIP Monthly Charges

The Exetel Business VoIP service can be used to make all calls to Australian and international numbers with the exception of “special service calls” that continue to be made using your current telephone call provider. “Special Service Calls” include: 1800, 1900 numbers and other fee for service calls including direct connect and other types of calls.

Call charges for all other calls are:

Local and STD calls $0.09 cents per call
Calls to Australian mobiles $0.20 cents per minute
Calls to 13/1300 numbers $0.25 cents per call
Calls to 1800 numbers No Charge
