What you need to know

GST is included in all charges quoted above

Unused call and data credits do not 'roll over' to subsequent months

There is no minimum contract period

Monthly charges over $75 (for plan 10 Cap), $160 (for plan 20 Cap), $330 (for plan 40 Cap) and $600 (for plan 70 Cap) will be charged in addition to the basic cap ($10 for plan 10 Cap, $20 for plan 20 Cap, $40 for plan 40 Cap and $70 for plan 70 Cap)

Excess data charges over the included data usage limits (50Mb for plan 10 Cap, 100Mb for plan 20 Cap, 200Mb for plan 40 Cap and 300Mb for plan 70 Cap) will be charged in addition to the basic cap ($10 for plan 10 Cap, $20 for plan 20 Cap, $40 for plan 40 Cap and $70 for plan 70 Cap)

Included data usage on each plan is exhausted at the excess data per Mb rate, stated in the table above, for the plan

National/Global Roaming Call Charges (All Plans)

Should a user of an Exetel provided mobile telephone service use the service outside a Vodafone connection area then the user specifically agrees that the charges applied to calls made outside the Vodafone coverage areas will be much higher than those for calls made within the Vodafone coverage area. This is known as "Roaming". You can "roam" either nationally (within Australia) or globally (internationally). National roaming is restricted to Victorian and Tasmanian regional areas. When you are outside a Vodafone coverage area, you will "roam" onto Telstra's network and therefore pay a higher charge for this. Global roaming rates are subject to many variables. Variances will largely depend on what the overseas roaming carrier may charge. These charges could be high connection fees and/or calls being subject to peak and off peak rates. Exetel is in no way able to control these originating roaming carrier rates and therefore cannot be liable for any roaming call that may be regarded as excessive in charge nor can Exetel make any assessment of what such call charges may be in advance of receiving the charge from the carrier concerned.

All roaming calls and all roaming data charges (global and national) are not included in the monthly call worth and will be charged in addition to the basic cap.

Premium SMS Reverse Billing Text Messages

Premium Reverse Billing charges are sent text messages which you, the customer, receives.

They are sent by content providers and usually the result of a competition or online submission of some sort that the customer has agreed to but may not be aware of.

They are chargeable to you and charges can be excessive in nature.

Special Calls, Satellite Calls, My Vodafone

Special call charges such as directory assistance 1223, Vodafone support 123, Vodafone Live calls, My Vodafone calls, calls to 13,1300, 1800 service calls, diverted calls, wake up calls, reminder calls, premium rate calls, the call return function, paging services and satellite calls can be excessive in nature.

Special calls will be charged in addition to the basic cap.
