To apply for web hosting and other ADSL ancillary services from Exetel Pty Ltd you need to complete an on line application. The on line application form can be viewed in its entirety on your computer screen and, before submitting it, we strongly recommend that you review each field to ensure that you have entered all of the requested data correctly.
Once you have submitted the on line application a confirmation message will appear on the screen describing the steps to be taken, and the timeframes involved, in processing your application. Please take a few moments to read this information as it should be of assistance to you in fully understanding the implementation process and the likely time frames.
Once the confirmation message is displayed you will have
the option to print out a copy of both the application form and the application
confirmation for your records and, again, we strongly recommend that you
do this.
If you have put in a valid, and operating, email address in your application
you will also receive the confirmation by email.
After you have submitted the application the Exetel engineer who will implement your service will contact you by email to provide you with all the information you need to set up your service at ‘your end’.
