Provisioning of Backhaul Services

The services described below are provided via a wholesale carrier's various infrastructures from your residence to Exetel's closest point of presence to your exchange.

ADSL1 services are available from well over 3,000 exchanges including all city, most regional and many country areas.

ADSL2 + services are available from approximately 1,200 exchanges including the majority of city, many regional and some country areas

Premium IP & Interconnect Services

These Exetel Premium Broadband services are provided using a wholesale carrier's backhaul services from your local exchange to our closest capital city Point Of Interconnect. While we can't provide any guarantees of service via the wholesale provider's backhaul networks to our points of presence we can guarantee that your service will suffer no contention issues once it reaches the parts of the network we can control.

On the, real time, graph below you will see that there is no contention on the Exetel network that receives and sends your data from your residence to and from your selected destinations. You might think that every ISP provides this level of connectivity provisioning - and you may be right. However only Exetel ensures that you can be certain of that by providing you with the same access to our network control reports as our own engineers do and we always have done since we started in business in January 2004.

Premium ADSL Help Desk

Another significant feature of the premium Exetel service is prompt and fully competent (degree qualified/average 24 months Exetel help desk experience) sales, support and provisioning telephone help. The real time reports below demonstrate Exetel's ability to respond to any telephone call - 15 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our current performance is to resolve 100% of all reported problems (that do not require carrier intervention) within an average of 30 minutes of the customer joining the support queue.
