Billing of VoIP packs

As with all our voice services, the International VoIP packs are billed on the 1st of the month for the month previous (arrears).

If you order a VoIP pack part-way through the month, both the value of the VoIP pack and the minutes allotment is pro-rated.

VoIP packs do not roll-over to the next billing period.

When the allotment of minutes is exhausted during the month, you will pay the usual per minute rate for the destination.
