Exetel have been providing a range of internet and telephone services to small business customers since April 2004. There are now over 7,500 smaller business customers using a wide range of different Exetel services in every State and Territory. Exetel does no advertising, marketing and engages in no other promotional activities preferring to use the money that those activities would cost to improve all aspects of its network and customer support services.
ADSL1 & ADSL2 Services
Exetel provides ADSL1 services in every State and Territory of Australia wherever there is an ADSL enabled Telstra exchange. Exetel also provide ADSL2 services from over 400 exchanges in all mainland States and the ACT. Plans range from $85.00 a month to $135.00 a month and from speeds of 512kbps to 8,192kbps. SHDSL Services
Exetel can provide SHDSL services in many suburbs of most capital cities and some regional areas at speeds from 512kbps/512kbps to 4mbps/4mbps. These services can be provided on either a 12 or 24 month contract. Exetel provides an SLA, ‘turn key’ installation and full ongoing maintenance for each service. VPN Services
Exetel can provide a ‘turn key’ VPN service linking different offices via a managed DSL network. Different size links, depending on different sized offices needs, can be provided by a mix of ADSL1, ADSL2 and SHDSL can be used to exactly match these needs. SMS Over DSL Services
Exetel can provide the facilities for a customer to send SMS via their DSL service using any computer connected to the service to compose messages and maintain email addresses and address lists. A no volume commitment service starts from as low as 5 cents per 160 character SMS with volume commitment pricing below that level. Web, Domain Name And Email Hosting Services
Exetel provides a Class A Data Centre switching facility with multi gigabyte ingress and egress that has operated at 99.9999 up time since February 2004. Exetel can provide local and long distance call services anywhere in Australia. Long distance calls include calls to mobiles, calls to every part of Australia and calls to every overseas country.
