Exetel offers an on-demand teleconference facility for existing and new customers.
This means you don't need to make a reservation, you simply order the service.
The host of the conference orders the conference and then notifies each participant of the assigned dial-in access number.
Each participant requires the access number, a PIN code and the time of the conference.
If you have the necessity for a regular (eg weekly) meeting, this can be automated and hosts and participants can be sent a scheduled meeting invitation.
Exetel has four simple teleconferencing plans with pricing which depends on the number of participants.
Teleconference Usage is unlimited on all plans.

If you hold teleconferences infrequently, you may hold a teleconference for up to 15 participants for the daily rate of $15.00.
You may exit the conference and re-enter it at a later time as long as it is on the same day, for no further charges.

Webstream playback is charged at $0.10 per minute, capped at $10.00 for the whole conference.

Conference participants are responsible for their own call costs to the assigned access conference number.
All charges are billed to the host of the conference.
For existing Exetel customers, the host will be charged in arrears on the 1st of the month.
For new customers, the host will be required to make a pre-payment of the full conference cost according to the above pricing, using a credit card.
Any unused charges will be refunded.
