Who is eligible for Exetel-a-friend?

Our Exetel-a-friend promotion is available to all existing Exetel nbn customers who introduce a new customer to Exetel Home Broadband in accordance with the terms & conditions. If you’re not a Exetel customer, sign up to an Exetel nbn plan today.

How does Exetel-a-friend work?

Get your code and share it with friends, family, and friends of friends. As soon as they sign-up to an Exetel Home Broadband nbn or Fixed Wireless plan, activate the service and pay their first plan fee, you’ll receive a 10% discount on your next Exetel Home Broadband bill (up to $10/mth per referral). This discount can last up to 6 months provided the referred services stay active. The more people who sign-up using your code during the promotion period, the bigger your discount (potentially up to 100% off your monthly Exetel Home Broadband plan fee). Please note, the total discount applied to your bill will not exceed the value of your monthly Exetel Home Broadband plan fee. Additional charges outside your plan are not included in the discount.

How long will I keep getting the discount?

For each person who signs up to an Exetel Home Broadband nbn or Fixed Wireless plan using your referral code, we’ll reward you with a 10% discount on your next Exetel Home Broadband plan bill. Each discount lasts up to 6 months for each successful referral made within the promotion period, provided the referred service remains active. So, the more people who sign up with your code, the bigger your discount.

Will I keep getting discount If I change my plan?

Yes. If you change your plan, you will still receive your Exetel-a-friend discount for the remainder of the promotional period subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Will I get a discount if my friend cancels their Exetel connection?

Discounts earned from friends using your referral code can last up to 6 months (max), as long as their account remains active, and they stay with Exetel for those 6 months. So, if a friend leaves us within the 6-month discount period, your discount will be adjusted on your next bill, and the remaining discount for that referral will no longer apply. If I have an nbn and mobile plan with Exetel, will I get discount of the total bill for these services?
