OUTAGES

For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.

Our 4G supplier, Telstra is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in CAPE RANGE NATIONAL PARK, EXMOUTH, EXMOUTH GULF, LEARMONTH, NINGALOO, NORTH WEST CAPE in WA, 6701, 6707.

The root cause is Site Failure.

Approximately 417 services may be impacted. An estimated time of restoration is 15 Jun 2026 12:00 AEST.

We will provide regular updates as more information becomes available.


Our mobile supplier, Telstra is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in LAKE ARGYLE WA, 6743.

4G service outage due to site failure There is a loss of mobile coverage and overlapping coverage from other carriers may not be available. Approximately 417 services may be impacted. The estimated time of restoration is 12 Jun 2026 20:00 AEST.

We will provide regular updates as more information becomes available.


Our supplier Optus is currently experiencing an outage affecting services for customers in Regional Outage in Thredbo Village (2625) area New South Wales, NSW. The outage has impacted over 1000+ services in the affected regions.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will continue to keep you informed.

The estimated time of restoration is yet to be determined.
