OUTAGES
For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.
Our 4G supplier, Telstra, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in ARGYLE, BEELERUP, BOYANUP, BROOKHAMPTON, CHARLEY CREEK, CROOKED BROOK, DONNYBROOK, GWINDINUP, LOWDEN, NEWLANDS, PAYNEDALE, QUEENWOOD, THE PLAINS, THOMSON BROOK, UPPER CAPEL WA, 6236, 6237, 6239, 6240, 6251.
The root cause is due to site failure.

Our supplier nbn is currently experiencing a Significant local outage.
Severe weather has caused commercial power outages, which has impacted the nbn® network in the Lower West, South West and Central Wheat Belt regions of WA.
The majority of impacted nbn® services are offline due to commercial power outages affecting nbn® network infrastructure.
The outage has so far affected 10416 nbn® services in the impacted geographical regions, across the following technology: Fibre to the Building, Fibre to the Node, Fibre to the Premise, Fixed Wireless, Hybrid Fibre Coaxial.

Due to ongoing extreme weather, access issues continue to pose health, safety and environmental risks to field technicians. Assessments and equipment repairs will continue in areas where safe access is available. nbn is prioritising generator deployments to parts of the nbn® network impacted by extended power outages and will dispatch technicians once it is safe to proceed.
An estimated time of restoration is not yet available. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Our supplier Optus is currently experiencing an outage affecting services for customers in Regional Outage in Thredbo Village (2625) area New South Wales, NSW. The outage has impacted over 1000+ services in the affected regions.
