For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.
Our 4G supplier, Telstra, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in ATHLONE, DROUIN, DROUIN EAST, DROUIN SOUTH, HALLORA, LARDNER, WARRAGUL, WARRAGUL SOUTH, WARRAGUL WEST VIC, 3818, 3820, 3821.
The root cause is due to site failure.
Approximately 1328 services may be impacted. An estimated restoration time is not available.

Our supplier NBN is currently experiencing a Significant local outage.
Flooding has damaged infrastructure and caused commercial power outages, which has impacted the nbn® network in the Wide Bay and Burnett region.
Remote troubleshooting indicates that affected sites are offline due to commercial power outages and depleted back-up power sources. Services are expected to automatically resume once commercial power is restored.
Since the last update, 54 nbn® services have been restored.
231 end customers are currently unable to access the nbn® network, across the following technologies: Fibre to the Node (FTTN).
Locations Impacted
Regional Queensland: Bundaberg Central, Bundaberg East, Bundaberg South, Kepnock, Maryborough, Svensson Heights, Walkervale.
Technicians are now on-site and are working to restore the affected nbn® services as a priority.
An estimated time of restoration is not yet available.
The next update will be provided at around 21:00 AEDT on 15/03/2026 if there is no material change. If we become aware of a material change, we will provide an update as soon as practicable.
