OUTAGES

For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.

Our 4G supplier, Telstra is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in BOWEN, CORAL SEA, GUTHALUNGRA in QLD 4800, 4805.

The root cause is due to site failure, Telstra Network (Hardware/Software/Config).

Approximately 1225 services may be impacted. The estimated time of restoration is 11 Sep 2025 10:00 AEST.

The root cause is Local Power Failure.

Approximately 1290 services may be impacted. An estimated time of restoration has not been provided yet.
