OUTAGES

For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.

Our mobile data and voice supplier, Optus, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in West Pilbara, WA due to power outages.

This outage is impacting 250+ services in the affected area.

An estimated restoration time is yet to be determined.

Emergency Call Service (000): Calls to Emergency Services are impacted by this outage. Optus customers will only be able to call Emergency Services if they are within coverage of another mobile network or are able to call via WiFi.

We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Our 4G supplier, Telstra, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in CENTENNIAL PARK, GLEDHOW, LANGE, LOCKYER, MCKAIL, MILPARA, MOUNT ELPHINSTONE, MOUNT MELVILLE, ORANA, WALMSLEY, WARRENUP, YAKAMIA in WA, 6330.

 The root cause is due to site failure.

Approximately 1234 services may be impacted. An estimated restoration time is 29 Nov 2025 13:00 AEDT.

4G service outage due to site failure There is a loss of mobile coverage and overlapping coverage from other carriers may not be available. As a result customers may be unable to contact Triple Zero (000).

Approximately 1682 services may be impacted.

The estimated time of restoration is 28 Nov 2025 18:00 AEDT.

Our 5G supplier, Telstra is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in BLAXLANDS RIDGE, CANOELANDS, CATTAI, CENTRAL COLO, CENTRAL MACDONALD, COLO, COLO HEIGHTS, CUMBERLAND REACH, EAST KURRAJONG, EBENEZER, FOREST GLEN, GLENORIE, GUNDERMAN, HIGHER MACDONALD, KURRAJONG, LAUGHTONDALE, LEETS VALE, LOWER MACDONALD, LOWER PORTLAND, MARAYLYA, MAROOTA, SACKVILLE, SACKVILLE NORTH, SAINT ALBANS, SOUTH MAROOTA, UPPER MACDONALD, WEBBS CREEK, WHEENY CREEK, WILBERFORCE, WISEMANS FERRY, WOMERAH, WRIGHTS CREEK, NSW, 2157, 2583, 2756, 2758, 2765, 2775, 2795.

5G service outage due to site failure There is a loss of mobile coverage and overlapping coverage from other carriers may not be available. As a result customers may be unable to contact Triple Zero (000).

This can occur due to partial infrastructure failure caused by hardware, software, or configuration issues.

Approximately 1491 services may be impacted. The estimated time of restoration is 28 Nov 2025 18:00 AEDT.

Our 4G supplier, Telstra, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in HAVEN, HORSHAM, LOWER NORTON, MCKENZIE CREEK, NATIMUK, NORADJUHA, NURRABIEL, QUANTONG, VECTIS, WONWONDAH in VIC, 3400, 3401, 3409.

The root cause is due to site failure.

Approximately 4242 services may be impacted. An estimated restoration time is not yet available.
