OUTAGES

For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.

Our 4G supplier, Telstra, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in BARBERTON, COOMBERDALE, DANDARAGAN, KOOJAN, MOORA, YATHROO in WA, 6507, 6510, 6512.

The root cause is due to site failure.

Approximately 1471 services may be impacted. The estimated restoration time is 16 Dec 2025 13:00 AEDT.

We will provide regular updates as more information becomes available.

The next update will be provided on 16 Dec 2025 16:15 AEDT.

The root cause is due to site failure.

Approximately 2791 services may be impacted. An estimated restoration time is not yet available.

Our mobile data and voice supplier, Optus, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in Great Lakes, NSW.

This outage is impacting more than 1000+ services in the affected area. The root cause is due to Power outages.

An estimated time of restoration is yet to be determined.
