OUTAGES

For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.

Our 4G supplier, Telstra, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in ARRAWARRA, ARRAWARRA HEADLAND, BOAMBEE, BONVILLE, BROOKLANA, BUCCA, COFFS HARBOUR, CORAMBA, EMERALD BEACH, GLENIFFER, GLENREAGH, KANGAROO CREEK, KARANGI, KORORA, KREMNOS, LOWANNA, MOONEE BEACH, MULLAWAY, NANA GLEN, NORTH BOAMBEE VALLEY, SAFETY BEACH, SANDY BEACH, SAPPHIRE BEACH, SHERWOOD, TOWALLUM, ULONG, UPPER CORINDI, UPPER ORARA, VALERY, WOOLGOOLGA, NSW 2440, 2450, 2454, 2456, 2460, 2474.
