OUTAGES

For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.

A network fault is currently affecting nbn® services in Pilbara, WA region.

Cable damage has been identified as the likely cause of the outage.

The outage has so far affected 932 nbn® services in the impacted geographical regions, across the following technologies: Ethernet Enterprise, Fibre to the Node and Fibre to the Premise.

The issue could not be restored remotely, and technicians have now been assigned to attend the relevant site to continue troubleshooting. The technicians are expected to arrive by approximately 16:00 AEST on 19/07/2026.

An estimated time of restoration is not yet available.

The next update will be provided at around 04:15 AEST on 19/07/2026 if there is no material change. If we become aware of a material change, we will provide an update as soon as practicable.


Our mobile supplier, Telstra is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in BEECHER, BYELLEE, CALLEMONDAH, CLINTON, WEST STOWE, YARWUN QLD, 4680, 4694.

4G service outage due to site failure There is a loss of mobile coverage and overlapping coverage from other carriers may not be available.

Approximately 1061 services may be impacted.

The estimated time of restoration is noy yet available.
