NBN supplier is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in Regional Queensland: Adare, Blenheim, Caffey, College View, Crowley Vale, Forest Hill, Gatton, Glen Cairn, Glenore Grove, Grandchester, Grantham, Laidley, Laidley Creek West, Laidley Heights, Laidley North, Laidley South, Lake Clarendon, Lawes, Lower Tenthill, Ma Ma Creek, Mount Berryman, Mount Sylvia, Mount Whitestone, Mulgowie, Placid Hills, Plainland, Ringwood, Rockside, Ropeley, Spring Creek, Thornton, Upper Tenthill, Veradilla, Vinegar Hill, Winwill and Woodlands.
A potential hardware fault has been identified as the likely cause of the outage. Further investigation is underway.
Approximately 1210 fixed wireless services impacted. An estimated restoration time is not yet available.

Our 4G supplier, Telstra, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in BAIRNSDALE, BROADLANDS, EAST BAIRNSDALE, EASTWOOD, GRANITE ROCK, JOHNSONVILLE, LUCKNOW, NICHOLSON, SARSFIELD, WY YUNG in VIC, 3875, 3882, 3902.
The root cause is due to site failure.
Approximately 1453 services may be impacted. An estimated restoration time is still unavailable.

Our supplier NBN is currently experiencing a Significant local outage.
Flooding has damaged infrastructure and caused commercial power outages, which has impacted the nbn® network in the Wide Bay and Burnett region.
The majority of impacted nbn® services were offline due to commercial power outages affecting nbn® network infrastructure. Cable damage has been identified as the likely cause of the outage affecting the remaining services.
56 Fibre to the Node (FTTN) end customers are currently unable to access the nbn® network.
Locations Impacted
Regional Queensland: Kepnock, Svensson Heights, Walkervale.
Technicians remain on-site and are working to restore the affected nbn® services as quickly as possible. A replacement part is required and has been ordered.
NBN services are expected to be restored around 18:00 AEDT on 17/03/2026.
The next update will be provided at around 20:00 AEDT on 17/03/2026 if there is no material change. If we become aware of a material change, we will provide an update as soon as practicable.
