For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.

Our mobile supplier, Telstra, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in ALLORA, ASCOT, BACK PLAINS, BUDGEE, CLIFTON, EAST GREENMOUNT, ELPHINSTONE, FELTON, FOREST SPRINGS, GREENMOUNT, HEADINGTON HILL, KINGS CREEK, MANAPOURI, MISSEN FLAT, MOUNT MOLAR, NEVILTON, NOBBY, PILTON, RYEFORD, SANDY CAMP, SPRING CREEK, TALGAI, UPPER PILTON, VICTORIA HILL in QLD 4007, 4343, 4358, 4359, 4360, 4361, 4362, 4420, 4742, 4751, 4875.
