To keep your @exemail.com.au email account, you must sign up with The Messaging Company by 8 September 2025.
If you haven’t signed up and paid by 8 September 2025 (AEST), your email account will be suspended. If you reactivate your email account with The Messaging Company before it is deleted 90 days later, a $20 reactivation service cost will apply. Once deleted, your email address and data cannot be recovered.
