For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our Exetel mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.

Our mobile data and voice supplier, Optus, is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in Upper Murray exc. Albury, NSW.

This outage is impacting more than 1000+ services in the affected area.

An estimated restoration time is yet to be determined.
